Candice has been a popular American actress who rose to stardom playing Caroline Forbes on the popular CW show The Vampire Diaries. Candice King began her acting career in the mid 1990s, as a singer. She released her debut album, titled "It is always the innocents' in United States. Twelve of the 14 tracks included in the album were penned by her. While working on her acting and singing, she also appeared in shows like How I Met Your Mother. While her acting career was successful but it was not until The Vampire Diaries that she got her big break. In a matter of minutes, the show made her an household name. Candice's acting performance was praised for its excellence. She reprised her role for all the eight seasons of the show that lasted for 171 episodes. The actress also played her role in the spin-off series The Originals in 2018 and Legacies in 2021.
