Avery Sunshine

Avery Sunshine has a unique style that combines R&B with soul, gospel music, and R&B. From Broadway to European clubs and festivals, Avery Sunshine has been a hit everywhere. Sunshine's given name is Denise White. Even though she lives in Atlanta currently, she is originally from Chester Pennsylvania. In Chester Pennsylvania she began her career as a musician, singing and playing in the church in town. She attended Spellman College and began to learn the R&B style that is popular in Atlanta. The Fighting Temptations The single which featured her vocals"Stalk You A House 12 came out only in Japan. The song has been remixed several times, and is the mainstay of her live shows. The voice of hers was featured on the soundtrack of The Fighting Temptations. She was named the main keyboardist of Tyler Perry's stage play Meet the Browns in 2005. Jennifer Holliday, who won Tony and Grammy Awards for her singing she asked Sunshine to be part of the Dreamgirls production at the Atlanta's National Black Arts Festival. Sunshine rose to prominence throughout the four performances in 2008 Democratic National Convention. Sunshine sang during Barack Obama's Inauguration in 2009.
